The Brampton Curling Club plays on a six sheet facility west of Toronto in the heart of Brampton. Established in 1880, the club started on an outdoor rink before eventually moving to its present location in 1951. The club has a rich tradition and has produced some of the best curlers in the world.
The facility includes an upper lounge area with a bar, a second upper lounge area with a fireplace and a lower lounge area with a kitchenette. Every lounge area has viewing of our beautiful curling arena which has high ceilings and exposed wooden rafters. One of its claims to fame is that our facility was used as a filming location for the 2002 movie, “Men with Brooms.”
Our many adult leagues include men’s, women’s, open, day, seniors and mixed. Our youth program includes little rock curlers, bantams and juniors. We have an enthusiastic group of trained curling instructors who teach both adult and youth learn to curl programs. Contact us if you’re interested in trying the game or participating in some of our very active leagues.
